Short answer: Zero Junk Mail does not have a contact form yet. The way to reach it today is a comment on the petition page on Change.org, which Jake Waitzman, who started the petition, can read. Comments there are public, so leave out your street address. Privacy and legal questions can go to the addresses in the privacy policy and terms.

How do I report an error?
Use the same petition page: leave a comment that names the page, the statement you think is wrong and, if you have one, a link to a better source. Confirmed errors are fixed, and the page notes the date of the correction. How we source facts.
